I started working out at the gym with my sister when I was 18 and really enjoyed it. Then I went into the Navy and loved running and exercising every morning and night. And after that, I had kids and everything stopped. Not too long ago I took A Personal Trainer course(NASM) and I really liked it. The knowledge I gained from the course compliments my massage therapy career.
Why I Love It:
I'm a freak for anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics.

I am a licensed massage therapist so my job is pretty physical. I massage six days a week and I'm always so exhausted after. I have a tiny frame and not a lot of muscle to begin with. I'm hoping that some cardio and lifting will make me stronger so I can do my job affectively.
Foam Rolls are great for streching and great for core exercises! I use one to throw variation to my workouts! Keep up your hard work, your looking great!-Jess
