How I Started:
I always had a passion for fitness, however, once I hired a trainer approximately 10 years ago, I became instantly hooked. He worked my booty off (literally) and showed me how to totally transform my body by working smarter in the gym. I have NEVER turned back!
Why I Love It:
The gym is my sanctuary! I LOVE the stress relief it provides and I am always motivated to improve my appearance.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm always working towards personal goals I set for myself. Oh, and my ipod is my bestie at the gym and helps me get through ANY workout!
