I don't think I've ever been brave enough to try to diet through the holidays. Then again, I'm always cursing myself come January.

Well, they recently closed the World Gym in Manassas. They moved everyone out to the Gainesville gym. A lot of people who worked out in the Manassas location found other gyms in Manassas, so he might not be at World Gym anymore.

I don't know when you moved away, but Gainesville is booming -- it's the new Fair Oaks. There are several new, huge shopping centers and they are getting ready to build a movie theatre. You probably wouldn't even recognize it now.

I'm not sure what my exact game plan is for 2008. My trainer and I are going to go over that this week. I'm still trying to pick a federation I really like at this point. Are you going to be back in the area to compete next year?
