I want to eventually look like a bodybuilder but not compete at the moment. That might change until I see how well my body's muscles grow. But then, if I can get some decent size and definition, I just might try it once.
My training and diet have returned to normal but from now I will only do eight exercises at the most because I don't have the time to more than that and doing more than that I might be overtraining. So my workouts on the workout tracker will look different from now on.
So far I'm using a full-bodied split routine because since I'm a beginner it will give me a chance to work all muscles three days a week to help burn calories and build my muslces. Until it's been a few months, I will work on a more lower and upper body split routine after that! For now I'm...
