My training and diet have returned to normal but from now I will only do eight exercises at the most because I don't have the time to more than that and doing more than that I might be overtraining. So my workouts on the workout tracker will look different from now on.

sry it took so long to reply iv bin busy thanx for the comment iv bin training 3 hours a day for the last 8 months befor that i was just scrony iv seen alot of improvement but not with out intence training hope to hear back thanx again
