Well, I gave myself a year to compete in my first fitness competition. I bulked, then dieted, and it was all worth it.
This was my first show. The IDFA treated it's competitors great, and it was a fun and relaxed atmosphere backstage.
I had a great time, and though I came in looking a bit flatter then I would have liked, and my routine did not go off as smooth as I would have liked, I still placed first!! Amazing... |
