im an ectomorph eversince, i find it hard to gain weight, but recently a miracle happened, after i stopped working out last year i started to gain weight, its a good thing but the growth is not proportion, it went to my cheeks and tummy.
now that i have discovered that gaining weight is possible for me, I AM SO FOCUSED ON GROWING MEAN MUSCLES. i wanna walk with my head up high and with a lot of confidence.
i dunno what to do, if i do weight gaining, my tummy will get a lot bigger and i dont want that to happen.
i want to lose fat on my tummy, build a six pack abs, grow bigger in scary muscle mass - a body that will look good with wicked tattoos. amen.

say to here that i herd alot of good thing about controlled lab products. i think form is better then the weight if you dont have the form down then the weight is nothing
fish oil great may even want to get some flax oil to i recommend all american efx product like kre alkaline and nitrix and amino acid because they do alot of testing of there products, protein wise i like probolic-sr need anything just let me know names jason nice to meet you man
Other advice: Eat lots of healthy food, especially lots of protein, always eat grilled or baked, never fried, avoid fattening salad dressings, drink lots of skim or 1% milk (i have about a half gallon of skim milk a day). Research about meals and when/what to eat, especially pre and post workout.
nah stick with guitar, running doesn't have to be a full time thing. A mile a day on a treadmill or outside aint much on its own, but keep doing it for long enough and you'll see some improvements. The best part is it don't take more than a few minutes outta your day.
