Background
I'v been active in one way or another through my whole life, but for the majority of the time it's been a balance of cardio/moderate to light weight training. This has kept my weight in check but has done absolutely nothing for my figure and lowering my body fat. Time for something new! I'm now serious about taking it up notch through eating better and more frequently, and really pushing myself at the gym.
