Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself as far as confidence goes. Plus it lets you sculpt your body in the way that makes you smile when you look into the mirror...

My fiance Michael is a huge part of my motivation, he pushes me for what I want in life... Also I buy Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, Muscle Fitness magazines etc....

Hey you! Yeah, in New Haven, Ct today for work. 3 hr drive both ways! Just finished a meeting. Not gonna get my weights in today but gonna try and get some eliptical in when I get home. How r u today? Smiling a bit more I hope ;)
LOL...I have been known to start singing mid stride....some times its Godsmack, the offspring, Disturbed or even hatebreed. I like I will be heard by hatebreed when im pissed....or I have even tossed on some 50 cent. Sad thing is I done have an mp3 player till maybe christmas if my g/f gets me one....lol. Technologically challanged...lol
