When I Started:
Oct, 2003
How I Started:
I got started lifting when i was about 14. I started lifting basically because I didn't want to turn out to be like the fat old man that sits around and eats patato chips. At first there was no love for going to the gym, i did it simply for what i didn't want to look like. After going to the gym for a little over two years i love it and i'm more motivated now than i ever have been.
Why I Love It:
I think most will agree that after you go to the gym you are tired but at the same time you feel like your on top of the world. I love the gym because it gives you the satisfaction that only the gym could give you.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by seeing change and hearing comments from other people. The best motivation you can get is comments from people you respect. I also stay motivated by seeing and feeling change. You don't have to look better to feel better.

I will do it soon. I haven't been consistant. I have a plan for next week and if I complete it...then that will be my routine with variations to certain parts of the routine. Thanks for the suggestion. How about you let us see what you look like. Maybe you're a litte_bit_shy. Don't be. We're all nice people. Keep checking and I'm waiting on the pic(s).
