I got to get rid of my gut. i tried every thing but its just not working. i dont know if its that im just not putting in the time at the gym or what. i'm in the gym all the time and just can't seem to tone up like i want. I can tell i'm gettin stronger but i'm not toning.

Yea it takes time it does just stick with it and dont give up...it took me 8yrs of half trying untill I finaly made it...so Learn from your mistakes take your time and know its a lifestyle change. ;) Keep me up to date with how u do :)
its mainly diet, if you think its bad for you.....it is!! cut out the fats and the sugars and bad carbs(like white bread), you need to get the diet better before training..
Well most of it is what your eating and how much. Then the gym. For me I just started cutting back for all the high fat foods, really keeping an eye on what I'm putting in my mouth. Find Heality things you would like and if u dont know where your going wrong wright everything down for a week or 2 & review it. Its very helpful when your starting out :)
