hey bro... it's going decent here. I had a few setbacks with my shoulder the last few months and had to reset myself. Now I'm back at it and trying to get back to where I was when I slipped up. You on the other hand are kickin ass man, keep at it and pretty soon you'll be hitting 200 and seeing definition left and right.

Getting back on track as well. Ran a marathon in the middle of my training and lost a little mass in the process so I'm trying to get back into the rhythm of it all. What kind program are you doing? (type of body split, number of days, that sort of thing)

Thanks for the add... My marathon is on June 1st in sunny San Diego (never been there). I can't wait, it's the first distance running event I've ever done. How's everything with you?

Been super busy at work so my internet time has been slashed. Still sticking with the workout but more maintaining than progressing now. I like the new picture... how's the workout and school?

Cuts been pretty slow. The holidays are a hard time to try it but I figured it would atleast even itself out and keep me from eating too much too often. I still plan to have my abs by New Years so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the compiment, how are things going with you?

I was actually thinking triathlon but figured I was the nutty one. That would be fun but I can't swim well enough to pull off something like that.

Hey, you're alive!! Training has been going good. Dropped about 20# and now i'm starting to rebuild some lean mass. No clue how it will work but it's exercise so it can't be a bad thing.

I had a workout about like that and to break things up I went with a body part breakout for a month or two. I had a chest, back, legs, arms and cardio day.

Depends on what kind of a workout you have right now. I like to switch between a couple different programs. Main one is a push/pull/leg split. The second is a body part split with chest/back/arms/legs... What type of setup do you have now?
