How I Started:
Wanted to feel better about myself and got addicted.
I had a reconstructive surgery on my shoulder in May 2006 and I loved the therapy. Decided that I would never let an injury stop me from doing what I love. You can and will work through anything if you want it bad enough.
Why I Love It:
The adrenaline rush is an awesome feeling. The pump and the burn as you push through those last couple of reps... amazing feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
New goals and a good partner. I change my workout every couple of months to keep from getting bored. Always intense and always pushing myself.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 145 lbs when I graduated high school to the 227 lbs I am now... sounds like an accomplishment to me. Especially at 12-15%BF and dropping.

I bought a house and took a month off to do work on it... This was jsut after I got back in the gym.
Well I though I hit a plateau... and I don't see much difference so I guess it's time for a change.

nah, no marathons. i was going to do a triathalon but didn't follow thru. i'm mostly doing crossfit training these days. just staying busy with my family and friends.
