Hey Hey! It was nice to hear from you! I've been tryin to stay in the gym but I have to admit, it's a lot harder being back in the states. But i've been doing what I can. I just need to get get some stuff done so I can spend some more time in the gym!

Ms.P!!! Thank you for the Happy Thanksgiving wishes...it was great! Actually, my family is STILL here and I'm expecting MORE of them today! Holidays are a never-ending time of celebration and visiting in my family! How are YOU and how was YOUR Thanksgiving? :)
When I reach a fork I usually pick it up and start eating everything that's bad for me.
