How I Started:
Have always pumped iron-started in High School! It's part of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love that little high it gives me and I can't complain about the way it makes me look too!
How I Stay Motivated:
Behind every sucessful person is a person who believe's in themselves! (who ever came up with that quote's got it goin' on) My first competition is coming up-until August I was just going to the gym to feel good, now I have a timeline/deadline. Bring on that challenge, I know I can do it!
BB Accomplishments:
Have yet to be seen, although being at 13% bodyfat as of last week is a feat and accomplishment in itself!
