How I Started: I've always been athletic......
I started to train for Fitness America
after 5 years as an USGA Gymnastics coach.
I began consistent training with weights to get in my best shape ever.
Why I Love It: I FEEL COMPLETELY FOCUSED WHEN I LIFT AND TRAIN. WORKING OUT MAKES ME FEEL CONFIDENT, STRONG, JOYFUL AND PASSIONATE. IF I'M IN A RUT,STRESSED, ANGRY OR FRUSTRATED I HIT THE GYM AND LET IT ALL GO. I enjoy inspiring people.

Goal (Long): by May 2008---20 pull ups ---bench press 145 lbs ---over 150 rope jumps in a minute ---shuttle run suicides w/o throwing up
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I take dumbells at a wide angle, locking elbows into sides,extending arms all the way down to side and back up to top of biceps..w/ 3 sets of 15 @ 65% percieved level of exertion. Slow going down and...more
