Background
I've always been athletic...... I started to train for Fitness America after 5 years as an USGA Gymnastics coach. I began consistent training with weights to get in my best shape ever.
I FEEL COMPLETELY FOCUSED WHEN I LIFT AND TRAIN. WORKING OUT MAKES ME FEEL CONFIDENT, STRONG, JOYFUL AND PASSIONATE. IF I'M IN A RUT,STRESSED, ANGRY OR FRUSTRATED I HIT THE GYM AND LET IT ALL GO. I enjoy inspiring people.

On one side of Bodybuilding there is the physical aspect of training. Hours upon hours are spent moving our bodies. Lifting and pulling, stretching and thrusting machine after machine, dumbell after dumbell. Exercise is what it is. MORE IMPORTANTLY, however, is the mental aspect of training.
