"I'm going for a Women's Tri-Fitness competition in May 08 in Tampa Fl. Training consists of emphasis on maximizing timed skills of agility, speed, strength and endurance."
I've always been athletic......
I started to train for Fitness America
after 5 years as an USGA Gymnastics coach.
I began consistent training with weights to get in my best shape ever.
Why I Love It:
I FEEL COMPLETELY FOCUSED WHEN I LIFT AND TRAIN. WORKING OUT MAKES ME FEEL CONFIDENT, STRONG, JOYFUL AND PASSIONATE. IF I'M IN A RUT,STRESSED, ANGRY OR FRUSTRATED I HIT THE GYM AND LET IT ALL GO. I enjoy inspiring people.
How I Stay Motivated:
I ask myself this question: Do I feel good?
BB Accomplishments:
2005 INBF Atlantic Regional Bodybuilding Championships 1st place Novice and Masters
2006 INBF Atlantic Regional Bodybuilding Championships 3rd place Masters

Arms come in 'skinny' locking elbows into sides, slowly extending weights in front to touch of thigh @ at again a 65% difficulty, and then slowly raising them back up for 3 sets of 15.
I finish off w/ a fast short pump of 90 degree locked elbow reps of 10. I take dumbells at a wide angle, locking elbows into sides, extending arms all the way down to side and back up to top of biceps..w/ 3 sets of 15 @ 65% percieved level of exertion. Slow going down and...more
Think about what you want, then deliberately create it in your mind. No matter what the goal, be it increased muscle or inches lost, body fat reduction, or weight loss, the action will mean far less than the preparation of thought given to the way in which you feel about your goal...feel as...
