I am a definite believer in the paleo program! My body works best with the lean meats, vegetables and sweet potatoes!
I love paleo! My body responds best when I take out oats and rice, using sweet potatoes for my carbs. Lean meats, vegetables and some fats are included... my fats consist of coconut oil, sesame oil, almond butter or avocado. I've had time to play around with different types of diet styles and this one seemed to work best for me.
