How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Fitness helped my family to see that anyone can get into shape regarless of genetics. I always knew that but no one in my family thought I could get into shape.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
It helped me in my former career to show people that you can make significant changes to your body by a consistent diet and exercise. I know when I changed my body that people listened to me when I spoke and took me serious when they wanted to know about diet and exercise. It helped me in my former career to show people that you can make significant changes to your body by a consistent diet and exercise. I know the importance of nutrition! It's crucial to get results! My biggest problem lately is to say no to those forbidden foods.
My challenge during my transformation until the end of this year will be to stick to my food list. I will create my food list that I am allowed to eat from and...
Your profile reminds me of me! You are definitely smart to join the site because it keeps me so motivated and I'm sure it'll work for you too! Can't wait to see your progress!!! You can do it!
Thank you for your reply and your kind words. I am sorry to hear about you having a set back but those things happen to us all and we need to take them in stride and focus on the bigger picture. I wish you much success in achieving your goal weight and hope that you are able to train with intensity and motivation.
You look great and I am amazed that you have never hit 125. You seem to be there in your picture but I believe you. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be and if 125 is in the future then so be it if not at least you will be the very best that you can be. I wish you continued success.
Where are you at as far as your goals... are you currently 160 lbs? Is your aviatr current? You look freakin awesome in that! If that's current then I'd say, "screw 125 lbs!" you look awesome just like that! Anyway, I'm just curious about how you're progressing and all.
Great photo. Great progress. I'm clueless as to why you don't have more photos though. Why no weight training? I wouldn't attempt weight reduction while neglecting to stimulate each muscle through weight lifting. You'll end up looking flat all over. Bad thing.
After reading your Long Term Goal - Oh how you sound like me. I know where you're coming from oh too well. Keep up the great work & you will be there before you know it. :)
Your goal reminded me some Kenny Chesney song...about being mad about "trying to lose 5 pounds for 3 or 4 years now." Everyone has their problems. Not that i'm saying you do...your physique is amazing. I say keep the damn 5 pounds haha. Okay seriously though, you'll get it :)
