How I Started:
my family got a membership at the Y and i quit baseball cause the coach was a lunatic so now then i started weight training and a 6 monthes after it slowly escalated into natural bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
the techniques and if you are doing everything correctly you should not hurt your self and i love the advice from other people that know what they are doing I also enjoy helping anyone that needs help as long as they are motivated and show consistency
How I Stay Motivated:
music,people that tell u your getting bigger, and people who say you cant do it i like even more it just gives me more motivation,
