Background

When I Started: Jun 2006
HOW I STARTED:

my family got a membership at the Y and i quit baseball cause the coach was a lunatic so now then i started weight training and a 6 monthes after it slowly escalated into natural bodybuilding

WHY I LOVE IT:

the techniques and if you are doing everything correctly you should not hurt your self and i love the advice from other people that know what they are doing I also enjoy helping anyone that needs help as long as they are motivated and show consistency

My workout program is very diverse one day i may feel like going heavy and then another day i may just to a high intensity circuit with alot of full body compound movements. I just make sure whatever i am doing is fun in some kinda sense even if it makes you feel like you ran 7k race. When I have more time I'll post some of the neat workouts I do.
