I was always into fitness and working out but never took it serious. One day a buddy of mine talked me into going to the local gym and get in-shape for our spring break trip, i always worked out at home with an old weight set. Once i walked into the gym i was hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get, the feeling of accomplishment! And seeing people i havent seen for years and getting that WOW! I love that wow, i was skinny in highschool, look at me now!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up every morning and look in the mirror and see results!! Also going into the general public and seeing that 97% of the population is not in shape!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 150# at my highschool graduation, and currently in the 190# range with 7% bodyfat.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My mom started working out at the gym i go to. She ask me for advice and has dropped her weight and also gotten healthier and more concerned about her life.
