What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

get a trainer to show you form and put you on a good diet!

This is what separates u, and I and the 400,000+ people on BS from the rest of the lazy, unmotivated, unhealthy world. As for my own site, I will share w/ u what i think about online personal trainers/training at a later date. :)

Hey no1 said this **** is ez, right? My dad used 2 tell me, "son, nething worth having is, worth working 4" and thats how I view nething n life. You are going 2 have ur good days and bad days. When u r working out alone then u have 2 dig a lil deeper and rely on u, and only u 2 get through ur workout.

Yeah I feel you but its not gonna get any easier either. Not trying to preach but gods always gonna throw hurdles in your way you just gotta find a way to jump over them but if you fall u just gotta get back up and try again. But if you need any advice feel free to holla at me, because ive had plenty of them and im sure ive got a lot more to jump over too. But keep your head up your a smart girl you'll get thru it.

Im good ive had an ok week of training i think my leg days were my best one's ive been going hard at those. I think i just need some new music in my mp3 player and ill be back going hard. Hows the everything else going is life treating you good?

titusville is about 25 minutes west of orlando and if you have ever been up close for a shuttle launch it is right there. Not to far from Tampa
