mwild Well my friend, you need to stay resting until you feel better. I'm doing better, trying to overcome this moment of disappointment and get back on track. Beginning Monday I'll try a new diet. I'm losing weight too fast and my BF is slightly going up. Need to stop that! Jun 14, 2013 8:07am

VillainChien Yeah, man. Intermittent Fasting. Same calories, but I stop eating after 5pm and start again at 8am. 14 hours of fasting then a mid-workout shake and then a nice big breakfast. I'm starving at night, but I hit the sheets at around 10pm. So far from doing it, I've kept some good muscle mass althought I'd always love to do more. With this new carb cycling diet, though, I think I'll be spreading things out. Seriously, the carbs seem so low, though. But my trainer assures me it's fine. Jun 11, 2013 5:13am

VillainChien Dude, I love bulking. Always puts me in a good mood when I eat a ton. Yeah, I'm curious to see how this PT's program goes. He's got me carb cycling like you said, although I've been Intermittent Fasting lately which has cut the fat while keeping some good muscle. We'll see! ViCh Jun 11, 2013 4:50am

VillainChien Holy crap, man. That is balls-to-the-wall training. Excellent work. I had been deep squatting for a while but tweaked something in my lower back 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't been the same, so I'm back to leg press. I'm about to start a custom program and diet plan that my PT friend put together for me. So I'm curious to see where it takes me. dms0583 Thx for the support. Have you tried the shortcut to size program? Happy with the results? I'm a little worried about the nutrition piece. It's a lot more food than I consume today. But maybe that's why I am struggling with making any further gains. May 6, 2013 10:09am
