How I Started:
I used to swim on my High School swim team. And when i graduated i couldnt find the time to swim anymore.I decided I needed to stay fit so i joined a gym. The rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good. I have a lot of time to clear my head and be alone with my thoughts at times. I love the results that gain. And i get a chance to challenge myself and my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep my goals simple and short-term and i remember where I am coming from... 115 lbs of skin and bones.
Trying for major gain in size... may even compete if all goes well!
Goal (Long):
I would like to put on atleat 5-10 more lbs. I like my size now though. I just want to say lean and get ripped so all the defintion in my muscles show without having to flex. I also want to develope my abdominals some more.
Well well... it took me long enough to start supplimenting again. Did a bit of browsing on what people were taking and what they were feeling. Read a few forums etc etc. So monday I decided on what I would use to give me that extra "umph" in the gym and some lean mass on my body. As usual...
Yeah, I love this site...I find other's progress encouraging. I'm still training hard; just trying to master this 'clean eating'. Who knew it would be so hard.
