I started with cardio (mostly elliptical, treadmill), and "toning exercises" (the kind of routines you would see in "SHAPE" and "SELF" magazines.
Why I Love It:
It feels goooooood!!!! Exercise is my passion!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, looking at photos of womens bodies that I want to look like!
BB Accomplishments:
Everything I've done to this day! My body has transformed so much since I've started working out. I wish I had older photos to show the progress, but that is why I am here now!

Introducing!...the newest addition to the NASM Certified Personal Trainer family..
Goal (Long):
My goal in the first place, is to be more consistent in my training/athletic life. I've learned that is the only way to see true results. Consitency is key! Then, I would like to add more muscle, tone up lots! But I do not wanna end up all "crazy chick on steroids buff". If thats your thing, good for you, not for me. I've got a long way to go! Looking forward to the experience.
So, now that I have a new bike, I may be making it to the gym more often. I have had the HARDEST time motivating myself to get to the damn gym...and I think its because the bus that I took downtown takes HALF A FRICKEN HOUR...compared to 5 minutes on my bike. The thought of spending that much...
