this was after losing 20 pounds believe it or not. FRONT COMPUTER GRAB
I've been eating better for about a 2 months, no soda, no fast food (exceptions Subway). I eat every 2 hours from 6am to 6pm. It has sped my metabilism up a bit.
I'VE STILL BEEN WORKING OUT, BUT I HAVE LET MYSELF GET A LITTLE MORE MEAT ON MY BONES. THIS WAY I CAN BUILD MORE MUSCLE. THEN I WILL SLIM BACK DOWN. I CAN FEEL THE MUSCLE STARTING TO BUILD, BUT MY PANTS AREN'T FITTING LIKE THEY WERE, THEY ARE GETTING A LITTLE MORE SNUG.... DANG IT!

I'm working hard, but most of all dieting right. I actually eat more often than I used to, and I can tell my body is liking it. I feel great, I bet in a couple more months it will start to show.

June right after vacation, still working out!

I have started to put on a small amount of mass, but need to increase my cardio, or watch my calories, starting to get a small inner tube around my waiste.

I'm seeing small results, from all the hard work I'm putting in. Its hard to motivate yourself, but I've been finding ways.
