Just decided it was time to quit foolin around, I'm not 14 anymore. I have to get in shape and quit eating at Taco Bell and Pizza Hut all the time. I heard my pastor start talking about a "Journey to Wellness". Thats when I made the changes.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling good after a hard workout. I don't like the workout as much as the aftereffect.
How I Stay Motivated:
Life, and fun. I like to play soccer and skateboard even though I'm 30. I think the lack of heart problems will keep me motivated and the simple fact that I can put the time in now, or do it later when I the doctor says I have to.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 20 pounds in the past 2 months, by eating better. I have started to put on a little bit of muscle in my arms, and I'm getting rid of my moobies.

I've been eating better for about a 2 months, no soda, no fast food (exceptions Subway). I eat every 2 hours from 6am to 6pm. It has sped my metabilism up a bit.
I'VE STILL BEEN WORKING OUT, BUT I HAVE LET MYSELF GET A LITTLE MORE MEAT ON MY BONES. THIS WAY I CAN BUILD MORE MUSCLE. THEN I WILL SLIM BACK DOWN. I CAN FEEL THE MUSCLE STARTING TO BUILD, BUT MY PANTS AREN'T FITTING LIKE THEY WERE, THEY ARE GETTING A LITTLE MORE SNUG.... DANG IT!
lose weight, and then gain musle. I would like a 6 pack instead of a one pack (some of you used to know what I'm talking about)
Goal (Long):
I want to be comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach, and most of all to feel better. Since I have achieved losing weight, and feeling good.
I now want to have a 6pack and I want to now put on 15 pounds of muscle by the fall. I would be happy with 5 pounds of muscle, but either or.
Looking pretty fit there my man!! Just wanted to take the time to say hi and to wish you the best of luck and much success in meeting all your fitness goals. Train Hard!
