There are some interesting recipes on the Hungry-Girl web site (just google it) and though I've never tried any, they sound good. Although, beware because a lot of them call for splenda, reduced-fat, low-fat ingredients and I know all that craps not always the best for ya either. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I recently added jumping rope to my routine and have become addicting! The improvements were almost immediate...usually I'm not too coordinated but it's helped tons and the more I jump rope, the better my endurance becomes. So I gave in and bought Muscle Milk Light. Honestly, it must've been about 4 weeks I went without it (as opposed to having it EVERY day for a couple months). But I'm addicted to it once again. Oh well...at least it beats the cigarettes and alcohol that most others are addicted to. ;) Also went...
