I first started when I played football and baseball in high school and then picked it back up when I turned 30
Why I Love It:
it gives me time to not think about anything and just pound weights. I also feel great after a hard workout
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting higher goals for myself. Still playing baseball in PCBL Baseball league at 35 yrs old and Playing well

just like any other muscle, you have to train your abs HEAVY to get them to grow and then do interval training to lose the fat. PM me if you have more questions!
