Hi darling I fly out tomorrow morning (thursday). British team are there a day early. The prejudging is on sat 17th and finals is on the 18th. I think i'm at the Cruise hotel. Hola Bella! mi proximo show NEXT june! i need to add some serious muscle to my frame, no more baby muscle! LOL. I believe a year will get me closer to my goal. So from here to january will be serious lifting and building, January I will start cutting for June. I love your delts! :-)
