Ye i know but u see i m working up late now so have like 2 hours to train and i cant work on them properly + my prog takes more then 2 hourse so cant work on them more

Well to be honest lags dont really look good...but they are strong , extremely :)
Not really working hard on them les important and have no time sence i got a job

i'll write it shortly:
back +shoulders+bitsepts+abs
chest +lags+tris+abs
uper back 18 sets lower 4
shoulders 16 sets
bits\tris 12 sets
chest 16 sets
lags 11 sets
abs 8 sets each time
every exercise 3X9-10 reps and 1Xas much as u can (exept lags and abs)

for many ppl sounds crazy but i lift 2-2.5 times more at all the exercises and gained 8 kilos (like 18 pounds i think)of muscules in 10 mounth , naturaly .

Well as for the diets i cant help cuz never had one , infact i eat ALOT and not healty things like choklate but tnx to my gens i dont get fat..
The only thing i can help u with is to wright u my working prog..If u want just say it!
