I based my meal plan mostly off of Felicia Romero's plan along with others that I have seen on bodybuilding.com.
Meal 1:
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2:
1 scoop whey protein, 20 almonds
Meal 3:
Ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 whole grain brown rice
Meal 4:
Chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, 1 small sweet potato
Meal 5 (post-workout):
2 scoops whey protein, 1 banana
