Seeing the changes a bit of hard work can do to your body!

I hate this picture, to be honest until i looked at this i didnt even think i looked that fat!
didnt think id got far until i compare this to start - reckon im nearing the halfway point - gotta keep motivated now

As above, I mainly want to get a fit body and be slim but muscular, I want to do it and keep it this time, its 4th August today and i wanna do it before Christmas, December 25th, means i gotta lose over 40 lbs by then :( but bring it on!!!

Hi, i have a lot of work to do on reducing my bodyfat, im 5 feet 6 inches and i really wanna be tight and see all my abs, whats a good bodyfat percentage based on this?

ehh, it's going ok. Could be A LOT better though...getting there. How about you? I just got married last weekend and now have some time to devote to gym and cleaning up my eating.

Don't feel bad. I am right there w/ you. Since Nov. I have not been eating right or been to the gym. Yesterday was my first day back. I gained back 10 of the lbs. I lost. Why sooo hard to lose but so easy to come back. We will get there. This will be an awesome yr. Refocus.
