After coming back from hols in 2007, me and hubby both decided to join the gym and get fit!!
Why I Love It:
Seeing the changes a bit of hard work can do to your body!
How I Stay Motivated:
Focusing on looks mainly, and if others can do it so can I!!!! plus a tyrant for a husband always on my case!!!!

I hate this picture, to be honest until i looked at this i didnt even think i looked that fat!
Bodyfat still WAY too high but am working on the diet/training hard and determined to get the body i always wanted

As above, I mainly want to get a fit body and be slim but muscular, size 10 is a good size for me - any smaller and i look too skinny, 10 is just right for my height n build ;)

Hey all - feel bad writing this - I cant believe how bad I got - did really well up to my hols last Septemeber - prob within a stone or so of my total weight goal and was tightening up really well, now here I am about 25 pounds heavier , fatter and more unfit than ever - emotianal eater that's me...

Don't feel bad. I am right there w/ you. Since Nov. I have not been eating right or been to the gym. Yesterday was my first day back. I gained back 10 of the lbs. I lost. Why sooo hard to lose but so easy to come back. We will get there. This will be an awesome yr. Refocus.
