How I Started:
I was always athletic growing up from running cross country & track in highschool to playing club soccer for 8 years. I have ALWAYS been super competitive in everything I do!! The athletic side of me never disappeared after highschool, I have seen the insane results that I have achieved and want to conitue to get better with each and everyday!
Why I Love It:
I believe you put in what you want to get it out if....with working out I am I am able to push myself as hard as I want and seeing the constant progress is great!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read this..... Demanding the best from yourself is not the same as expecting perfection or never being satisfied with your progress. It's not about being unreasonable or trying to push yourself beyond your true capabilities. Demanding the best from yourself is about being honest about your capabilities, about learning how to stretch your limits and refusing to buy into excuses that limit your potential. It's about recognizing your strengths, honoring your accomplishments, and always striving for greater success in all areas of your life. When you demand the best from yourself in everything you do, you'll soon realize that your results will be the best too.

Workout Program:
Well, My workouts vary depending on the day and what im working out that day. But I do alot of super-sets and high intensity moves. Box jumps, squats, running stairs carrying wieghts, jump ropes etc. The row machine is great, I will mix that in between sets.
