Fit Status:
I'm seriously fired up and mad at myself for slipping now it is go time seriously I have 2 months to get to show weight...I'm doing this!!!!
my friend jennifer rankin got me involved after some person junk happend...I started weighing 183 and lost 60 lbs for my first competion and placed 4th.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like a whole person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love perfecting my muscles the more I get the more I want to do it... I just have a thirst for being in the gym and can't go with out it.
BB Accomplishments:
Won 4th in the West Texas Classic... qualified for Nationals and plan on going to the USA championships...

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Well this is just a little bit about me and what has happed the past year of my life....Well to start off I would like to say this site really rocks my face off and I am really hoping that this will help me with advice and also to build realtionships and help others they way so many have...

thanks for the advice and the comment on my car pic :) I will mix up some small things as you suggest. I'm considering quicker lifts at slightly less weight for a few weeks. Your thoughts?
