I'm not wanting to lose weight. I could care less how much muscle mass I will gain. My body fat % is perfectly normal for my weight/age/height/etc. My goal is to be the healthiest I've ever been. I want to have a nice, toned body. It's more for self satisfaction than anything. That's all.
my first week has been really good! i could have put more effort into the workouts, though. its a new week and i can't wait to see even more results! here are pics from tonight. oh! and im going to add a pic from my mom and dad's results. this was in ONE WEEK!
you have about 6 months until tryouts. That's enough time to learn a backtuck, toe-back, and get a decent layout if you work on it every week. Also I'm sure in your area there is some retired cheerleader who would be willing to at least help you learn all the basic stunts. (toss, full-up etc..)
If you are that little and can stunt well you will never be on the floor long enough to tumble. As long as you can throw a standing tuck whenever, some coaches will overlook some of the tumbling requirements if you can pick up the stunting easily. Also, if you think you don't have time now, you just wait it doesn't get any easier. Cheering in college was some of the best fun I ever had and if you have the ability don't waste it.
Hey Lindsay....how's it going? I haven't been on msn/hotmail cuz it's not working on my blackberry curve. I switched to my curve and now it doesn't let me login.
