My first two years of college I played softball. I had 4 hour practices or double-headers everyday on top of weightlifting. My diet consisted of anything I could grab- mainly fast food. No matter how hard I worked out I gained weight. When I hit 165 lbs I knew I had to make a change. Nutrition is everything. I lost 25+ lbs, gained muscle and lost fat. Now there is no stopping me!
Why I Love It:
If there is one thing I have learned in life thus far it is that nothing ever goes as planned. Just when you think you know the direction you are headed in life things can take a drastic change. I have spent so much time worrying about things and people who do not matter. I will never be pretty enough, smart enough, or accomplished enough to make everyone like me.
You can't change for others approval or acceptance as a way to increase your own happiness. You need to be happy and confident within yourself, and people will follow.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes, and of course getting nice comments : )
thats whats up im sure youll do great!
and whaaaa you deff could!
traning is going good i changed up my workout again cause i was about to plateau or i was lol
how bout yourself??!
