Thanks for the reply. However I was hoping for some more detailed info. Sammy "My Daughter" is a pitcher and outfielder. I was hoping you could give me insight on some particular strength exercise your strength coach may have you guys do. She is doing work on a Jennie Finch wind mill machine, forearm development and has done some polymetric for speed. I poseted a pic of her on my site check it out. And any detailed info would be great for her to see coming from some else besides me. Thanks

Lindsay,
I see you pla fastpitch. Awesome. I have a daughter that plays. She is entering her Freshmen year in High School this year. She is a pitcher. Can you give me a tips for her on work-outs. Her goal is to play in college also... Any help would be great. Good Luck in your goals.
