I just wasn't comfortable with my body and the way I felt anymore. Thats when I knew I had to do something about it & stop being lazy
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
well at first it was hard to get myself In the gym I forced myself to go and there were days I wouldnt want to go But I made myself now I cant wait to go Working out it makes you feel great,less stress and I just love the way I feel when I leave the gym So I just keep those thoughts in my mind That I can do it!......"obsessed is what the lazy call the dedicated'
My goal is to drop body fat & gain lean muscles Also to feel wonderful about my body.
Goal (Long):
Im 25 years old and I want a tone,lean sexy body.I want to feel confident about myself. After two kids I want the body of a goddness now like Jamie Eason :)
Hi...just started on the site on Sunday, so collecting data this week...looking at exercise programs, etc. Been working with a trainer for 8 months and still not satisfied, but age is a factor for me, at least that is what I am figuring! Going to change my cardio to the HIIT and see how that goes. Thank you for asking and good luck! You seem to be doing great!:-)
