Sorry for the amazingly late reply lol!! Wow I love this profile pic of yours in black. I have been swamped with work as well as girls on holiday. I finally had to send the 4 then almost 6 weeks old kittens to my mom as a temporary measure. Mama cat was driving me crazy moving her babies upstairs every single day!! Wasn't helping girls spent every waking moment with cats!!! & I had deadlines to meet ..um in a messy house too!!!

Oh dear. How did you injure it? from lifting? Ah yes, you are suffering especially with kids that age. Here's a funny one for you. 7yo did qutie well in her exams so she was rewarded with a cute 10" netbook. Silly mommy set up an email account for her...thinking it would occupy her...ta-da!!! I end up having to reply her emails!!! lol!!

the pain does work its way up to the lower back doesn't it? And yeah I know what it is like having two little livewires to run after... mine are 7 & 10 and I still dread their mess!!!
