Someone asked me if I had lots of loose skin or fat on my thighs the other day. I finally figured out it is both. The fat I have is baby fat, yup, all the way from childhood. Now with age and cellulite, I wonder if there's any help at all ? Would love to have sleek legs I can show off. :)

The only way to tighten the thighs is to build muscle - hence the stairmaster and leg press , glute stretches etc.
Check the exercise page on this site - they have videos of the exs.
Hi - hit the glutes , leg presses and the stairmaster at high level.The only way to deal with this is to build muscle , the skin will shrink back eventually.
well, like i was told, the first place you gain fat, is going to be the last place you lose it. so like on me my stomach, and i really want to see ABS. so just keep that in mind. keep working on it and time will tell. Eat clean too!
good to hear about the cardio, when it comes to weights, dont limit yourself just on your legs, do the full body, that way your burnig more calories. Calories burned must be more then calories taken in to lose anything your looking forward to loosing
