Pack on 20+ pounds of pure muscle over the winter.
Goal (Long):
I want to pack on lots of muscle between Sept 2006 and March 2007. I would like to get to a solid lean 190 pounds, however many of my fans think I can hit 220 pounds. I am not so worried about getting cut and lean during the winter, however I will limit the bad foods that I like to eat. My eventual goal is to get on a stage and show off a massive female physique weighing in at 190 lbs and be below 10% body fat.

Keep up the good work,
Marcia

now that we have friends I have a question. My pull ups have always lagged, any tips on getting more. My back routine now is pullups, (1 pathetic set) then assisted pullups (3 sets) then seated rows (4 sets) then 4 sets wide grip seated lat pull downs. What should I add or substitue.
thanks my friend, and who doesn't love Bruce Leroy :) by the way your pull up video is inspiring me to work harder on mine, I can bench 250 and squat 300, but the pull ups have always been my weakness
