How I Started:
hmmm... let me remember... my weight when i finished college was 108 lbs. I wasn’t considered as a skinny girl thanks to my big frame, I was slim. In 2002 I began with an eating disorder and I became workaholic and even when I kept myself active I gained 100 pounds. That was insane, I felt uncomfortable in my own body and when I really saw my belly I wanted to run from myself. So in February 2007 I put my walking shoes on and since then I'm living again...

I feel healthier and more refreshed than ever.

Tired after walking
This picture was taken while I was walking in Tropical Park. When I saw my ugly belly I wanted to hide myself and all my pictures from everyone. So, I decided to walk every day without excuses.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6 to 8 - when lifting heavy... otherway 12 to 15, sometimes maybe more reps, it depends on my mood, energy and goals...
