its coming. .. LOL I can't tell a difference but everyone else can. Ill post pics soon. Oh and I did 40 P/u in one min for my test on this wknd.. For me that is a big improvement. abdominal area still looks the same but my run time actually went down.. a couple of seconds. It will get better. Hows everything with you?
lol! yeah, yeah, yeah! Sometimes, you need to just rest and refocus. You know. It happens to all of us. I made a vision board and it had me pumped this morning. lol.

Hey Lim, w/o's are going ok..no weights since Saturday, just cardio..have a lot going on in my life, so I am staying on track by at least getting a cardio w/o in...I'm working to lose 6lbs before posting new pics..hopefully with my new digi cam..
yeah I have been working on getting a good arch in my back and squeezing my lats together but the thing is, I got into a bad habit a couple years back where I dont like to keep my feet on the floor and prefer them on the bench. so im working on that too.
