a day of fishing..this is when i barely start working out  going on to my 2nd week of p90x..might I say..this is me not REALLY eating that clean..I have my days where I did eat clean but not really..so i can definitely see the muscle..but need to eat cleaner..

thanks, nah i stopped due to adventure race training which takes up too much time but i really do love the program and i will keep using the workouts here and there for maintence. :)

Hi Girly..thanks for your sweet message. Don't worry about the weight gain. It's actually better to have some weight to work with as you build muscle. It would be harder starting from a lighter weight because you can't afford to drop any pounds as you get leaner. Much more difficult. So I think you are at a great starting point and have such a little waist to begin with. You will do great! Lift heavy and eat clean a little cardio and you're on your way!!
