got locked up for a while, so i just started doing push ups... after i got out i started hittin the weights, i don't count the push up as when i started though.
Why I Love It:
because i like seeing my self get bigger and stronger!
How I Stay Motivated:
a bunch of people that helped me when i started they help out alot, and i guess i just love to workout
BB Accomplishments:
when i started my max on the bench was 155 in march 08, now its nov 08, and now its about 210

im thinking about one in august actually. Im sure u can get ur strenth back up. Try adding more calories to ur diet. You can also try doing heavy sets of like 5 reps.

Thanks man...Lookin ripped! Great work. I basically started following a better diet... That helped alot. I added more heavier lifting for fewer reps too. This helped me put on some mass.
