How I Started:
I was 6'0" and about 160lbs and I decided I wanted to get bigger and stronger. I ate a healthy, high protein diet of 3200+ calories per day for about 2 months and put on 15-20 lbs
Why I Love It:
Working out has really changed my life. My confidence is higher and it's a good stress reliever too. Makes me feel healthy and good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking back at what I was to what I am now.
