Hey, that's great that you started around the same time as I did. How is everything going so far? I would ALSO like to "tone and lift my big ass and have killer abs" -- lol. Have you started a journal in the forum? It's a really great idea, you can get a lot of feedback from others and it's a great way to stay accountable and keep motivated! Anyway I'll definitely check back and see how your progress is going... sounds like we have very similar goals. :) Good luck.

In looking at your pictures, that can easily be done with cardio and some resistance training. Are you familiar with weight lifting? How's your diet? You need to figure out where your diet is going wrong, so you can make necessary adjustments. Training is only worth about 30% of your results. The rest is all diet. You can get there in no time at all. Send me some info and ill help you tweak it a little.
