Needed a change. New body. New confidence. Needed Health.
Why I Love It:
It is fun. Every day I go to the gym and bust my ass. Every week when I feel stronger and look better. It is hard not to love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a routine. No excuses. Take no chances. This is what I do: no exceptions. Everybody around me knows it is what i do and if i don't they will know too.
BB Accomplishments:
I started in October 2005. I lost 80 pounds of fat and gained 45 pounds of lean muscle. Then in October 2006 I hurt my right shoulder and rhomboids. I could not lift. It took months to heal. I am back now, I have gained weight, i am back to my starting weight but my bodyfat is still lower than what it was to start with. I have maintained my lean body mass. I need to get the fat off and keep building my lean body.

I have a friend who has came to me recently and asked for my help. He wanted to know how I had lost so much fat and gained so much muscle last year. I had been out from lifting for 6 months due to a shoulder issue. I have been wanting badly to get back in. I had a different schedule to go by...
If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen
Congratulations for taking the first but all important step to changing the rest of your life. I'm in your corner pulling for you and look forward to watching your progression.
Take care and good luck.
Thanks Man!!! That was really cool! The most important thing to remember is that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I eat alot of shit I shouldnt but I go back to my lifestyle the next time out. Take Care!
