When I Started:
How I Started: My dad was always big into bodybuilding when i was really young (like 2-3) then he had to stop cause of us kids...he was always a fan of Mike Mentzer and ovbiously Arnold...we have every friggin original VHS tape of his haha...and watching those movies and seeing my dad as basically superman made me awe struck...and here i am today
Why I Love It: It is myself...if I fail it is my fault and I take all the blame...it's also wonderful to have that kind of mental and physical power/control over my body as well Its all about focus and anylyzing
How I Stay Motivated: Look at myself in the mirror...then look at Arnold doing his twisting front double bi's and i know i have a long way to go

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain mass
Goal (Long): Gain lean mass for the spring for track season then bulk up to around 220 for football next fall Definitely step up training and do more of a prioritizing workout to balance out my biggest weak points now (mainly chest and upperarms) this way when everything is in more of an equilibrium I can really start gaining overall mass
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

Track started a few weeks ago and so far alls we (sprinters) are doing is long distance base runs to get a good foundation for the rest of the season. Although i hate running farther than 200 meters i can tell that this extra conditioning is really improving my body. I am stayin at about 210...

Because of shortened times I do only one body part per day (definitely not how i like to...during the summer ill go to a split routine when i wont have to work around school, sports and my jobs) But for now:

Look stout. You're going to be huge at that height. Great frame. Normally taller means harder to pack it on. Doesn't look like you'll have that problem!
