haha no, i changed the weight because of stupid wanna-be's in the teen section. i am still around 165 but down to 8% bodyfat!!!

thanks. i have set a lot of PRs the past week... 425 dead, 385 squat, 225 incline bench... all at 160 pounds

nope only white flood. it is a great product and not too much money... i would give it a try. different people react differently to each product, so just remember that

when i was younger i lifted on and off periodically, but november 08 i was going through some rough shit and found that lifting was my calling ... so less than a year

give it about a week and you will be blown away at how strong you are. i am loving my cycle so far. strength is going way up, which is good :) and yes, i am trying to be as safe as possible. so far so good.
