Why I Love It:
Working out is my escape. I push my physical and mental threshold to the max every time i step foot into the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by constantly changing my routine and striving for new goals. I see other people lifting heavy and push myself to lift as much as them. if they can do it, why cant i?

wh...whi...whit.. WHITE FLOODDDDDD!!!!!! OMG I love this ****! 325lb 3x huh? I hate you! I just started squating when I started back to bodybuilding this time. I had never squated before so my squats are weak. I only have 195lb available to me in my home, so that's what I do on squats. I will be buying 45lb plates later.

Got White Flood in. Great **** so far! Just finished a chest workout, up to 46.5" chest! Gettin there man! By next year I should be up to >50" chest. How's the cycle coming? Keep it as safe as you can.

I better or you owe me one cause I bought the 1.??lb one. Just had a great chest workout. I wish I had a cable crossover tower in my apartment so I could really hit my center chest hard. Oh well, close-grip bench-press will have to cover it for now, hopefully it won't lag to far behind.
