HOW I STARTED:

I started weight lifting in school and the rest is history!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Working out is my escape. I push my physical and mental threshold to the max every time i step foot into the gym.

New supps

Sold all my supplements to my friends so i could get new stuff haha. I bought a bottle of Fubar by Fusion and a tub of White Flood by Controlled Labs. Took white flood for the first time last night before chest and was quite impressed with it. I had great focus all workout, the pump i got was scary, plus it seemed to raise my body heat a little bit, which i didn't mind. I am going to do shoulders today and upped the white flood to 1.5 scoops. I will keep you updated!

Cutting

the past two weeks i have started a new lifting program (short rest, high reps.. 15 to 20 on most) plus two hours of cardio each day. I have also been taking weight gainer shakes. I have noticed, surprisingly, an increase in strength. I am trying to get my overall endurance up and get my definition back, while maintaining my current weight (151-153). So far, i am happy with my results.

Well, this is my first post. I have been bulking since September 2008. I started at 118 pounds in september, sitting at 151 pounds as of February 12.  10% body fat. I started a cutting program last week since Lacrosse started and i need the endurance, i figured now would be a good time to cut :)
