I started weight lifting in school and the rest is history!
Why I Love It:
Working out is my escape. I push my physical and mental threshold to the max every time i step foot into the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by constantly changing my routine and striving for new goals. I see other people lifting heavy and push myself to lift as much as them. if they can do it, why cant i?
BB Accomplishments:
broke 400 pounds on a lift

" I will persist until I succeed. I was not delivered into this world into defeat nor does failure course in my veins. I am not a sheep waiting to be prodded by my shepherd, I am a lion and I refuse to talk, to walk, to sleep with the sheep. The slaughterhouse of failure is not my destiny. I will persist until I succeed."
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form or thinking that they are stronger than they actually are (they usually go hand in hand).

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I think that any of the big three (bench, squat, deadlift... or any big compound exercise) are all dangerous if you do not know how to do them correctly. If you perform them wrong, you could easily hurt yourself for a very long time. Research and practice is critical for these lifts.I think that any of the big three (bench, squat, deadlift... or any big compound exercise) are all dangerous if you do not know how to do them correctly. Sold all my supplements to my friends so i could get new stuff haha. I bought a bottle of Fubar by Fusion and a tub of White Flood by Controlled Labs. Took white flood for the first time last night before chest and was quite impressed with it. I had great focus all workout, the pump i got...
Hey man i was wondering if you have by chance tried mri black powder and if you had, my other question was which one was best between that and white flood.
Took me forever to find it! http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ showthread.php?p=320673171& ;pos ted=1#post320673171 But I finally did. Nice start. Pretty strong already, keep it up!
Got a legs pic up. Ya, your legs are big, it's hard to get a good looking pic of them most of the time. Try not to make fun of my legs too much, they are catching up!
wh...whi...whit.. WHITE FLOODDDDDD!!!!!! OMG I love this ****! 325lb 3x huh? I hate you! I just started squating when I started back to bodybuilding this time. I had never squated before so my squats are weak. I only have 195lb available to me in my home, so that's what I do on squats. I will be buying 45lb plates later.
Got White Flood in. Great **** so far! Just finished a chest workout, up to 46.5" chest! Gettin there man! By next year I should be up to >50" chest. How's the cycle coming? Keep it as safe as you can.
I better or you owe me one cause I bought the 1.??lb one. Just had a great chest workout. I wish I had a cable crossover tower in my apartment so I could really hit my center chest hard. Oh well, close-grip bench-press will have to cover it for now, hopefully it won't lag to far behind.
I think my lack motivation is due to Superpump250 not giving me that rush it was at the beginning... you know that rush to PUMP IRON BABY!!!! I just took 2 shots and as the second kicks in I am feeling it again. I have ordered my first Whiteflood, I will let you know what I think when it comes in. Lookin pimp dawg! Keep packin on the muscle, freak!
